Information Collected

CrossFuel collects personal information in order to provide certain services to its customers. For example, if you:

  • request promotional items, CrossFuel will collect and use your name and address, or email address;
  • decide to participate in a survey, direct mail program, interactive nutrition or exercise program, or register on our website, we may ask for information about your buying habits, exercise and nutrition habits, body measurements, areas of interest, fitness goals and preferences and socio-economic circumstances;
  • enter a contest which we sponsor, you provide us with contact information, such as your name, address, phone number, email address; we also may ask you to provide us with other information required to administer the contest; or
  • contact one of our customer service representatives, we will ask for information such as your name and address so that we can respond to your questions; we may retain this information in order to better assist you the next time you contact us.

CrossFuel will use the personal information you provide either for the fulfillment of the service request (e.g. sending your product order or the requested promotional item), or for administering a program. CrossFuel may also use certain personal information that you provide or that we may collect in aggregate form to facilitate the development of products and services.  When obtaining information from you, CrossFuel will ask only for the information we reasonably need to provide the product or service you have requested.

Use of Information

CrossFuel may use personal information collected from visitors to our Site for any of the following purposes:

Non-Personal Information

CrossFuel does not share the personal information of customers with any company outside of CrossFuel for their own marketing purposes. However we do provide such information to our service providers that we have retained to perform the requested fulfillment of services such as purchase delivery, direct mail and email. CrossFuel may also disclose your personal information to government agencies or regulatory authorities where required by law. CrossFuel will never reveal your personal information to any third party without your prior knowledge and consent, unless required to do so by law.

In the event that CrossFuel or any of its assets are acquired by a third party, personal information held by us may be transferred to the third party.

Except as may be required in order to process a transaction, you may choose whether or not to give us your personal information, and if you do, how we use it. Website Information and Cookies

Our website tracking program collects aggregate (non-identifiable) information about the number of visitors, types of browsers used, Internet Service Providers (ISPs) used, visit times and length, pages visit, referring pages and exit pages (commonly known as log files).
